Resolution has been engaged by Devine and Leighton Properties to manage the development of the Stonehill Estate in Bacchus Marsh. Stonehill is a 1,400 lot master-planned community being developed in stages and features extensive open space and wetland systems.

Resolution leads the project team and works closely with key authorities including Moorabool Shire Council, DELWP, Wathaurung Aboriginal Corporation, Melbourne Water, Western Water and Southern Rural Water in delivering major project approvals and project infrastructure.
